Sales & Returns Policy

 

1. Return Policy
• We do not accept any returns.
• Customers have 0 days to initiate a return after receiving their order.

2. Returns and Refunds
• No returns or refunds are allowed, even in the case of defective or damaged products.
• If a shipping error or lost package is confirmed with the required evidence, we will offer to resend the order.

3. Order Cancellations
• No cancellations are accepted once an order is confirmed.

4. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within approximately 48 hours before shipment.

5. Shipping Errors / Lost Packages
• In the event of a confirmed shipping error or lost package (with provided proof), we will resend the order.
• All shipping fees for the reshipment are covered by the company.

6. Finality of Sales
• Except in the cases of confirmed shipping errors or lost packages as noted above, all sales are final.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered under other circumstances.
